Vans Waffle Sole iPhone Case

A couple of days ago the popular tech site Gizmodo posted a photo of what appeared to be this iPhone case that had the signature Van’s waffle sole as the backing. It’s safe to say that the internet went nuts trying to find out where they could buy it and I totally understand why. The case is super cool and if you’ve ever owned a pair of Van’s kicks you’d probably agree. The case has white sides with the waffle sole back and the Van’s “Off the Wall” tag on the side. Both Van’s twitter and facebook accounts were bombarded with requests for this thing and it was discovered that the case was just a prototype and wasn’t available for sale. Some lucky people found a couple cases in Van’s flagship stores and eventually Van’s submitted to the hype and made a few available for sale on their website. They were quick to sell out but I was lucky enough to snatch one up before they were gone. If you didn’t get one don’t go crazy and spend 100 bucks on eBay for it because according to Van’s there will be more for sale soon.
