March 30th, 2012 by John Zanussi

The Rip Curl Pro Bells contest starts up in a couple of days and the fine people over at Channel Islands Surfboards have granted us all a look at Kelly Slater’s quiver. Kelly Slater’s Pipeline Quiver

December 9th, 2011 by John Zanussi

Rounds one and two of the Billabong Pipe Masters are completed and round 3 hits the water today. If the conditions are anything like yesterday’s double to triple overhead waves we’ll probably see most guys riding boards well over 6 feet long again. Not Kelly Slater though. Yesterday during the webcast, Slates mentioned that he’d probably be out there riding a 5’11”. The guy is a nut. More so, the 11 time world champ only has one board over 6 foot in his quiver for Pipe. Take a look at the boards he’ll be choosing from before his round 3 heat starts today. Taylor Knox on his Fort Knox Model

March 5th, 2010 by John Zanussi

Taylor Knox looking super siked and on top of his game on his Channel Islands ‘Fort Knox’ Model. Even being the second oldest guy on the ASP World Tour, he puts it away with his power house turns and cut backs in the sport of surfing hands down. Taylor is just killing it and ripping the crap out of these waves, the board looks super good under his feet. More »
