5 Days in Puerto Rico

Puerto Rico has become a second home for me over the past couple years. My family has a house down in Rincon so it makes it easy for me to make the trip whenever I have the free time. I spent 5 days down there last week and although I didn’t surf as much as I usually would because of the lack of waves, I still had a ton of fun. Airline Boardbag Fees

  Traveling with luggage has become such a huge pain in the ass in recent years due to airlines charging an arm to check bags. Forget about traveling with surfboards. The run around and nonsense the airlines give us has become so sad it’s almost comical. Some airlines are more lenient then others and very rarely can you get away with the old “I’ve only got one board in this [quad coffin] board bag” these days. Instead of being totally surprised by the insane amount of money your airline is about to charge you to fly with your boards, you should check out the surfboard bag fee guide that Surfline has just updated for Spring 2011.
