The last Friday in April was a perfect example of how fun the waves can be on the East Coast in the Spring. A moderately sized Southeast swell arrived and with the mostly West winds, the Jersey Shore was once again the call. Luckily for us, photographer Griffin Lotz was out most of the day capturing the fun that was had and shared the photos with us.

I usually don’t post much bodyboarding stuff on the site but this water shot of Brian Garbarine was just to good to leave out.
No need to walk any further to check the waves. That’s all you need to see to get you sprinting back to your car to put on your wetsuit.
Now that the weather is nicer and warmer you’ll find more people on the beach as seen in Asbury Park.
