With the fourth stop of the 2010 ASP World Tour kicking off in a week from tomorrow, the buzz surrounding the contest is starting to increase. The event will take place in Eastern Cape, South Africa at the world famous Supertubes at Jeffreys Bay. We’ll have our thoughts and predictions on how the event will unfold in a post later this week. UPDATE: Since Joel Parkinson has withdrawn from the contest due to injury, there has been a drastic change in the heat draw.


“Tim Reyes (USA), 28, former ASP World Title Race campaigner and current No. 126 on the newly-founded ASP World Rankings, will replace an injured Joel Parkinson (AUS), 29, 2009 ASP World Runner-Up and defending event winner, at the upcoming Billabong Pro Jeffreys Bay.”
